Mitchel replaced the screen flawlessly within a hour utilizing their laser equipment, a true testament to his experience. Prices are comparable to other places."

"Dropped off my Macbook Pro for a screen repair early on a Friday afternoon, and got a text on Saturday morning that the repair was already completed! Screen was repaired in under 24 hours, after being told that it will likely be 2-3 days! Not only was the repair quick, but it was also significantly cheaper than Apple's price, and was comparable with other repair shops in the area. Would definitely come back for any future repairs I need performed."

"I had the worst experience here, unfortunately. I see alot of positive reviews and that was why I came here to get my cracked screen fixed. The repair was originally fine but as several weeks went on, the phone kept getting warmer in the back and intermittently turning off and finally, the phone camera just stopped working, saying that the camera was failing. Because the store was closed at the time, I went to another store to get it checked out and they found a sim tool left behind in the repair, which had been causing all of the problems until now. I went to the shop and saw the same person that originally did the repair. I explained the situation to him and he immediately became defensive, stating that there was a warranty on the repair that was only valid if I came back to him and that I should have came only back to him. He also recognized me at first and then once I started explaining the situation, he started backing off and saying the repair could have been done by another person that wasn't there that day. I definitely felt that he was shirking all responsibility and he did not even apologize a single time. I later realized that if I had come back here instead of the other store, these guys could have just realized their own mistake, taken the sim tool out and not even mentioned it to me later while charging me more money. The other store also found out during running diagnostics on the phone that the screen was not an OEM screen. This means that they charged me the same price of 350 dollars on a knockoff screen that another Samsung certified store quoted me the same price for. This repair person did not even mention this to me upfront, which is very unscrupulous. They made a profit of over 200 dollars on my repair alone! I never leave negative reviews but I felt that I had to put this out there. People should know that they might be getting tricked by these business practices. Please be careful when you come here. They might fix your electronics but you don't know if they're doing it right or with real parts."

"Super friendly, workmanship is beyond reproach. Can't even tell my phone was worked on. At all. Looks new. Prices are very reasonable and they're up front about everything. No hidden gotchas. The place is legit and I can tell their customers are repeats coming back to get other stuff worked on. Gonna be my personal electronics go to repair shop. Also these guys stand alone. Not a huge chain with kids stumbling through your repairs and snooping through your stuff."
