"I was picked for a unit handed in all paperwork even went to see the unit, accepted it, then radio silent. After a week I reached out and was told there were no units available. This is an awful thing to do to a person."
"If you are, lucky to be accepted into a lottery, they don't accept any filing. They tell you you have to go to court to be accepted for the Rental. They have done this to me several times already in the past 15 years. I am still homeless. Certain places that don't accept the application are the Bronx, and Harlem. Harlem never accepts any application evidence. So why advertise. The Bronx as well. However, out of state offers way better processing. It is why more complicated, when you place your application it is accepted However, if you don't have a car, you can't survive without one. The Housing Program, Housing Connect, I believe is stopping certain racial and ethnic groups from participating in Fair Housing as a routinely , in the same way that they Block Civil Service Employment, Violating Equal Employment Opportunity. They have ways of escaping from being discovered, would be nice if we had other options besides Housing Choice and Housing Connect."
"I have been waiting for awhile to be called for a supposedly low income apartment thru housing connect, how is it possible that the dirt don't be excavated and when you ask a question about it for completion one bedroom be filled or full so are the 2 bedroom apartment sneaky under the table transactions be taken place and where being excluded from Qualifying for a apartment HUD or HPD needs to investigate this mater pronto ."
"If I could give it zero stars I would. It's not even worth trying to apply through the website for a development. It went from bad to worse.They never call you for an apartment. The applications remain pending and you wait,wait, and wait for years. Someone who "won" the lottery for a apartment on YouTube said that if I had a city job I would most likely be able to get a apartment but what about the retired folks? I've been applying for my grandmother and nothing. This company should really get investigated"
