"I lived here for two years, and it was awesome. The staff were so kind and helpful, the building was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were great. New York can be a lot some days, and it was always such a relief to come home to friendly faces and my spacious, sunny, quiet apartment. I'm gonna miss it!!!"

"I lived here for 1 year and really enjoyed it. I was on the 19th floor and had a GORGEOUS view of the park, which was my favorite part! I had a studio but it was enough space for me. Friendly staff and nice amenities! This building used to be a parking lot, so no one was displaced to make room for it thankfully."

"Living at the Parkline has been a dream for me that I am so grateful to have the chance to experience. Little Young Naive Lily, decided to be spontaneous and move to New York City. I had to decide where I wanted to make my home. From the very beginning of my tour to the move in day, it has been an ease because of the friendly staff that work there. They definitely go the extra mile for you to make sure you have a welcome caring experience to your new home. "I've never lived anywhere better! What more could our family want or need? The staff are very attentive. When something (rarely) happens in our apartment the staff are always prompt to fix and follow up with any problems whatsoever. The rent is a little higher than average for the area but it is at a great value for a wonderfully-appointed apartment. Management continues to create new amenities for us. Front desk are very friendly and always helpful. No complaints whatsoever! "
