"As another user has expressed, Common has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a leasing company. Expect zero communication from them when they make an error and overcharge you. Their management office doesn’t have a direct line and can take months to respond to urgent emails. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! You will overpay for rent, be charged for damages you didn’t incur, never receive the promised monthly supplies, receive your security deposit months late (if ever), be lied to on rental prices, and they are impossible to get ahold of in times of need."
