The doormen are kind and reliable, and I can't say enough good things about Zuko, the super. He took care of our apartment issues in a timely and responsible manner. Also special thanks to Canvas Management, who was very understanding and accommodating when we had to extend our lease in a short term manner due to our move out circumstances. Erik the super has been fantastic addition to the building and is extremely helpful on coordinating any repairs if necessary. "Moved into Instrata Park Slope last weekend and couldn't have had a better experience! The Ezra & Instrata Park Slope team was extremely welcoming. They even gave me a welcome home plant because they knew how much I love plants :) So far, I've used the yoga room which so calming - the roof is glass over that room so you can see the sky (it's the small details). Even though I face 4th Ave, it's not too loud and I get BEAUTIFUL morning sun. Yesterday, Instrata across NYC had a free floral arrangement workshop via Zoom that was so fun. I appreciated that they're still putting on events despite the pandemic. Again, it's the small details. Excited to call this place home."
