"Very pleased with their service! I bent my propeller on my pontoon boat and called TJ, he immediately ordered a propeller and it came in two days later. I was going to have to meet him at Southpoint Marina to give him keys, as he told me he could turn the boat around in our slip and install the prop from the dock, instead of having to pull the boat. Before I could even get down there, TJ texted me a pic of the new propeller he had just installed, without having to turn the boat around! He was somehow able to do it from the water and we were able to get back on the lake that same day! Very prompt, responsive service, highly recommend."

"Updated 5/27/22 As expected the drives from the manufacture took several weeks to come in and M&M kept me advised monthly while I waited without me having to call them. This spring during their busiest time they came to my boat stored at the Genesee River to make adjustments to the shifters. They identified parts that were either old and/or missing and actually took the time to locate these parts telling me where I could order them at the least expensive price. One received they came back and installed all parts, put the drives on and tested the shifter, again during their busiest time of the season. There are not a lot of good mechanics to work on boats right now and I trust M&M. Whenever i have texted them seeking advise I'd received a reply within minutes. They do right by their customers because they care and will do what they can to keep you on the water. Thanks again guys I appreciate all that you have done for me. I had a lower unit failure on the starboard outdrive of our 30 yr old Sea Ray. Considering the age of the boat I decided to buy 2 new outdrives . No surprise to me the wait time for getting new drives was several weeks which essentially would end our boating season for the year. Michael offered to install a used lower unit so that we could continue to enjoy our boat until end of the season. It's nice to know that there are still people and businesses out there that actually care about others. I can't thank them enough!"

"I took my 2003 Crownline 290CR boat here for repair so that I could sell it in 2019. First I got a price of $1200 to replace the upstairs refrigerator. I told him no way. Then the price came down to $400. I had the bellows replaced at a premium price and the generator would not start so that cost me over $600. All in all I spent about $5000 to fix every little detail on a boat with less than 200 hrs. I HAD A BUYER AND THE GUY AT M&M BAD MOUTHED ME AND TOLD HIM TO OFFER ME $20k FOR MY BOAT!! I sold the boat for $25,000 and the buyer said that he felt like he got a gift. Now my boat lists at low retail at $44,000. I wouldn't trust this company ever again!!"
