"Did the brakes and inspection. Had a 9:30am appointment and they said 1.5 hours. Didn't get my car until 5:45pm and I needed to have people pick it up because I started work at 5pm. Customer service has gone down the tubes everywhere lately!"

"Being 52 I've had lots of experiences with Auto Repair places. That's why you should take this 5 star seriously. The pricing and evaluation and non pushy approach here. They are what you want honest and fair. They've taken care of me in a pinch numerous times. They've not charged me before that's unheard of in the industry. Yes it was a quick weld on a muffler clamp but come on no charge! You can't go wrong here it's a family feel going here and they work on both our Volvo's. I wish the building appearance represented them better. Because it really is a first rate establishment with a great owner."
