"Went to this place for over a decade when it was Tire World and was very happy with it. When it switched over to Firestone earlier this year, the oil changes almost doubled and the hourly rate went up over 25%. Was shocked to learn an oil change on my Toyota cost $130 and they tried to upsell me the whole time (wipers, filters, etc). Their best technician, Randy, who had been there for as long as I had gone there, clearly wasn't happy with the change over because he left shortly after too. Really disappointed to see how quickly it went downhill with the new company...."

"I had service performed at this location several times when it was Tire World and I was always satisfied. So I called to schedule an appointment for Aug. 6, 2023 for a NYS inspection and an oil change, not realizing it had changed over to Firestone until the call was picked up. Since I've never had an issue with Firestone, I went ahead with scheduling the appointment. When I arrived, they informed me they didn't have my appointment in the system. While they were willing to "squeeze me in" for my oil change, they then told me they'd run out of NYS inspection stickers! Since they couldn't perform the inspection, and I wanted to get everything done in one shot, I walked away without having any work done. It's an understatement to say I'm completely dissatisfied with the experience."

"It was 7/3, and I drove into their station with a very flat tire. The two attendants were sooo nice. They stayed later than they were going to on a holiday eve so they could fix my flat tire issue. I was out the door in less than an hour by far. They were both very nice, considerate and helpful. I'd definitely go back."
