"I had to make a total of 7 visits to this location to get my yearly inspection completed, annd only 1 repair was required to pass. First day, I bring my car in. Second day, I’m told they ordered the wrong part. Third and fourth days, even with a scheduled appointment, they tell me they don’t have time—mind you, this is happening all while I’m taking time off work and leaving my car with them for 8+ hours each time. Fifth day, repair and inspection are complete but I find out a few days later while looking at my windshield that they didn’t even give me the new sticker. I spend over a week calling day in and day out without anybody answering their phones to resolve this error. My sixth visit was coming back in person to ask for the sticker only for them to say they have to clear my car for inspection AGAIN but they didn’t have time—AGAIN. On the seventh visit I was finally complete with what I came in for nearly a month earlier. I have never had such a terrible experience like this EVER. Will never visit this location again."

"Mike is an excellent manager! My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation ended up taking longer than expected (just under 2 hours). I could hear him explaining to a customer on the phone that they were short staffed that day when I first walked in. He came over to update me that they ran out of my oil type and were working to get more and then offered me an excellent discount on this service as well as my next service as compensation for my time. He was personable, professional, and made me feel like my time and business were important. He earned a customer for life. Thank you Mike."

"GO ELSEWHERE. Id give this place no stars if that was an option. Made an online appointment for Saturday for four tires with new valve stems and an alignment check and state inspection. Called and tried confirming the appointment Wednesday but was placed on hold for a long time so i had to wait till Thursday to confirm. I Dropped off my vehicle at 930am and told the sales man the appointment was for 10 and we were going to do some running around and well come back at 3 to pick it up. Well 3 came and they didn’t start working on it. Went to a birthday party and I called again around 5 to see if it was done since they close at 6 and they were just waiting on the inspection. Received an email at 545 about the courtesy check with the rear brakes being low and the tires worn badly. I got there at 5:45 and waited. Then I was told it would fail inspection for the one rear brake pad being metal on metal. Which is understandable. Ive been doing inspections and repairs for decades. If they would’ve called around the time my appointment was about the brakes we would’ve considered doing the brakes and rotors but they waited till after closing time to mention about the brakes. Then they proceeded to try to tell me that i would be charged again for a new york state inspection for having them reinspect it. Ive done inspections at multiple registered shops and only had to charge for a reinspection if that customer had the initial inspection done else where. Upon checking on my receipt the alignment was never checked and nothing was on the receipt for the valve stem kit. There was a 10% coupon for the tires I purchased that was applied and the old valve stems are still on the vehicle. So what was the out the door pricing without the valve stem kits. Pay attention to details they’ll try getting one over on you."
