Quick Lane at West-Herr Ford of Webster

"I scheduled an appt online and when i got there I was told that only service does appts. Service was not open, so why was i able to schedule one...? All i wanted was an alignment, rotation, and inspection. Now mind you, they put my tires on at this quick lane... I was told they didnt have anyone familiar with my truck suspension ( they only really do f150's and below) and weren't able to align or rotate. I was also told the tech "test drove" my truck and "noticed a hard clunking on curves". There is no reason that a test drive was required for an alignment, rotation and safety inspection (diesel over 8500#). The only clunking came from the 2-wheel cart sliding in the bed. I am dissatisfied and will not return. I have done all my own work for years but no longer have access to a rack or lift. They did okay when installing my tires though."

"I've gotten work done there for the better part of the decade in my parents have been going there out of the cat. Text are always great helpful but my last few visits the woman and the service counter very rude and the last time even downright disrespectful. And their prices occasionally can be a bit high for some of their parts and service."

"This Location does not service all vehicles during working hours. It is advertise that they will service all makes and models between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is false and not true, There is a cut Off depending on getting the service men out early. I was told to call ahead to let them know that I'll be coming in between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to get a oil your change And routine maintenance, And was also told that that will be fine they will take care of it. This is also not true, After I called and was told that everything is fine to come in between those hours I drove all the way over to the location only to be told that they will not service my vehicle. They claimed that it is a first come 1st serve sort of deal, Which further frustrated me due to the fact that the gentleman that was telling me this is also the same gentleman that told me to call ahead to be taking care of. This location advertises on the radio and various advertisements that they will service all vehicles between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00p.m. and that is just truly false advertising."

"Service techs are not good. People at the service desk have always been friendly. Had a tech tell me I needed a new air conditioning compressor- 70,000 miles ago, still working fine. Took 2.5 hours to change my oil at the quick lane, 1 other person in the waiting room. Definitely a last resort to go here."

"The work they get done is fine, but they continually say it will be done by the time I need the vehicle back and they are day later typically. Stopped in around 1030 the day after they said the work would be done since they told me on the phone if the work wasn’t done the night I told them it would be done in the morning following. Surprise it wasn’t done and it would be done right away and complet just after lunch. It’s now 3pm and I haven’t heard anything. Last time I was promised on the phone when I call for an update on the progress (called after the fist time they told me the work would be done) that a lift just opened up and my vehicle would be brought right in, given a new estimate for completion time, showed up 15 minutes before the new time and vehicle wasn’t even in the shop. I would be happier if they would just tell me my requested completion time of a couple days out was not possible and were honest when it would be done."
