"Terrible. My car went in for an inspection with no issues and came out needing a new engine a week later. Chaz joked and said “oh if I can get the business I will” when I asked about getting an oil change during my inspection. Guess what didn’t happen? Broke down a week later. Worst owner. Josh is a total jerk. My mom praised them however her car had constant oil issues they could never explain. She needed to trade her beetle for a new car. Hear-say (on top of my own experience) now suggests they have no idea what the hell they are doing. Avoid."
