"Asurion said they couldn't fix my phone screen and charged me $39.00 for me to ship it to them. Took the phone here. It was 5:30pm. Man behind the counter said "Can you give me an hour or so?" I laughed. I didn't think he was serious. He was. I went out to eat, came back, and my phone had a new screen. and was good as new. I called three other places before I came here. This place was between $80-110 cheaper than the other places. He also had my screen in stock. The other 3 said they would have to order it. Hopefully I wont crack a screen or need a phone repair soon, but if I do. I will be coming directly here."
"Had the BEST experience. Cracked my iPhone 11 screen. Called Sunday and was immediately told to come on in he was just finishing up someone. I arrived and was greeted so nicely. He told me the price and referred me to the wall of cases if I was interested. Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. This gentleman was so friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend to anyone who needs phone repair!"

"One of our phones was not charging. Our cellular carrier sent us here! Nick answered many questions and gave us lots of information!!! He spent several hours taking apart the phone and trying several things to get the phone back in working condition. Unfortunately, he could not get the phone to charge. He was more disappointed than we were!! He was great to work with. Highly highly recommend taking your phone here for any repair! Nick is fair & honest! Thanks for trying Nick!!"
