"Worst then the PROJECTS previously known as Hartley Housing. I call this place LEGO land amateur builders at best! There are leaks, things were not properly fitted, the staircase in your apartment are falling apart because the sheetrock cannot hold anything, Poor insulation, Flawed design throughout the complex. This place Lacks sufficient parking! There are hit and runs, children playing on your vehicles. Loud music until the middle of the morning."
