"The tech who came, Christopher, for what I thought was a thermostat issue, was so helpful and patient; after hearing why I called for service, he showed me the actual issue stemmed from my boiler temp being too low. I've had many techs come for service/maintenance calls and no one ever pointed this out to me. He also stayed and made sure the boiler fired at the higher temp. Thank you so much Christophor for figuring this out and helping my fully detached house on the water stay warmer in the colder temps!!"
