"I originally called Paul because he was nearby and I needed my PC fixed fast. It appeared to be a power supply issue which he confirmed and recommended a supply that would handle my needs and be in my price range. He installed it and returned the PC to me very quickly as I need it for work. Fast forward 5 months to beginning of this month. The PC which is 6-7 years old suffered a catastrophic failure of the motherboard. Rather than buying a new desktop, I wanted to upgrade. After giving him my requirements, Paul was able to give me a few different builds that would be in my budget and give me some real processing power (my son and I like gaming), and last for several years. He even recommended that I order the parts and have them delivered to him so that I could benefit from my credit card (Amazon) points bonuses.
