"At Healey Hyundai, Getting my 10K service today @ mileage at 9,945. Got my 5K service at 5,137 in August for free as part of HYUNDAI’s service free warranty. Service tech says I’m not entitled to a tire rotation until 16K. Said that Hyundai changed the service schedule. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this a Healey Hyundai decision or Hyundai ?? I’m paying $40 to get it done. Not a happy customer right now!!!"

"The service department manager needs to be fired he denied my service stopping mr Healy from making money sir this is not your business to be stopping someone else making money service department cracked my oil pan and let me take the car without telling me after I drove to Alabama oil leaking not to mention they are thieves don’t ever bring your car there fishskill ny I never threaten anyone if that was so why did you’ll change my oil two weeks ago you are a lie you just in your feelings I care to never inter your business and I advise others not to trust Healy Hyundai or use their business Mr Healy That is not true who heard this besides him you’re whole service department is not good because of the leadership in service if I threaten him I would be in jail and him coming to court it’s sad how you have these people working for you and they are thieves furthermore I acted accordingly little man if you didn’t hire thieves we would not be going through this as a matter of fact Mr Healy how do you know how I acted I think you racially profile me with your remarks your remarks are unacceptable and a court process will be moved forward"

"Due to a manufacturing defect, my car was in for service for an extended period of time. Kris Kane, the Service Advisor, kept me updated on a regular basis. He made sure I had a loaner similar to my car. Truly exceptional customer service."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Went twice to drop off my mother’s Venue and appointments made were somehow not in the system when I showed up. Along with the fact I was treated like second class citizen both times! One staff member was on the phone(understandably) however the other three staff that were available I guess couldn’t see me… or just chose not to. When I was finally helped on my first visit I was told the appointment made was for a drop off (which was false) I explained my mother made the appointment and it was for the service to be done while I waited and I planned on waiting. I was told no and it would throw off the mechanics schedule. I also explained I had no ride and would wait no matter how long it would take because I had NO RIDE!!! No one offered me a ride whatsoever or even tried to convenience me in anyway and I was then treated as if my waiting would be an inconvenience for their staff. My second visit I did end up dropping the car and when I went in to pick up the car no one was available to get me the car and I had to wait. I also didn’t get any break down of the service. All staff were unprofessional,rude and disrespectful. This will most certainly be the last car purchased at this Healey. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

"I walked in with my husband to pick up my car. The service associate that was at the desk looked at me and then looked at my husband (who was standing behind me). He said "Hello Sir, how can I help you?" My husband was completely surprised that I was ignored as it was cleay I that was waiting at the service desk. Your people need to do better with your discrimination training. Extremely belittling behavior. Dismisdive, disrespectful, and another example of how women are still second."
