"These people are the rudest business owners I’ve ever seen. I don’t understand how they stay in business with the way they treat customers. My insurance company made me go there for photos and I was refused service once then returned and was treated like garbage by the petite mechanic. They repeated that it was a free service but how is that my problem when my insurance sent me there? Also, I don’t believe them. Also, there’s a huge tip jar for the service. Also, good experiences lead to future customers, these bullies never thought of that, did they? Do not recommend this place for any service. Won’t even go back for gas. A&L must stand for ANGRY AND LOSING."

"Quick service, but not perfect. They did a good job fixing my car and did it for a fair price so, they get a good score for that. I didnt find them all the friendly at first - and they kept trying to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car at first when there was. Eventually I had to press the issue to get them to look more closely at it. And to their credit they droce all the way out to the house to help me with it after they had sent me home with it. when it was time to pay after the work was done it was basically bill you and get out. No conversation about what was done or what to expect. They have a long time positive working relationship with my uncle who recommended them to me. And i may give them another shot if I ever need work done again, but friendly service was not a strong point for them in this visit."

"I received the best repair job in a very long time for my aging car. The A & L Repair shop owner, Tony, personally took car of my car, and fixed the issue that previously could not be done by another repair shop. His communication and repair work was excellent. I could not have had a better experience, and his personal attention to the repair was the difference in getting the job done. I highly recommend anyone looking for superior repair work and a reasonable price to stop by with their car repairs. I will bring my car back the next time it needs servicing. Thanks Again, Tony !"
