"Really read the reviews on this guy. John was the only owner who cared and provided sound community service. The person who purchased the business from John has passed. Now the business is owned by his son. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. The guy calls the next day and tells me window tint is too dark. Not a problem I'll get the vehicle and address. The car was transfered from CT but I had similar issue at the same shop under John. Who called and told me he couldn't do the inspection just come pick it up. However when I pick up the car from this guy I see the sticker scrapped from the windshield and the guy holding out an invoice for a failed inspection. In my 40 years of driving and owning 10 vehicles, I have never seen a shop charge for a failure or remove a sticker when doing so. When I asked why, the owner simply stated that's just what needs to be done. Yes, it might be "what's done" but every other mechanic in the area gives you a heads up when he looks over the car before inspecting. Then if it won't pass they simply decline the inspection. In my opinion this is just an indicator of a bad business. In addition, I get in my car to leave and all I smell is cigarette smoke. Yes, this shop is filled with cigarette smoke and if you're not a fan that would be reason enough take your business elsewhere. Buyer beware and don't say I didn't tell you so when you get ripped off."

"Never go there. I brought my 2017 Subaru there for a new clutch. A few months later, while trying to diagnose what turned out to me a damaged differential, this is what my experienced mechanic found. "Transmission was low on fluid and had automatic transmission fluid in it. This transmission uses 75w90 gear oil. Bell housing has 1 missing bolt and 1 crossthreaded bolt that can't be tightend. Due to the wrong fluid something came apart in the differential part of the Transmission. We drained and refilled the transmission with the correct fluid. When we drained the old fluid there was lots of metal in the fluid.We also disassembled the front axles to confirm the cv joints are not worn. Axles checked out good. Center of the clutch disc is all cracked around where the shaft goes in. Center where the shaft goes is all loose from it being cracked." | ended up spending $3000 to have a new transmission and clutch put in because their negligence destroyed the old one. I brought them the bill of sale from several months prior along with the diagnosis from my mechanic and they told me they'd fix for 10 percent above cost of parts....Anyone who uses them is a fool!!! There is even a female mechanic!"
