"If months of frustration, lies, and wasting your days waiting for techs to never arrive sounds interesting to you, then this is the perfect company to do business with. Most of my communication was with donna. She'll answer your call, tell you that a technician will be to your house at a certain time and date and the technician will never arrive. Then, if you call her asking what happened, she will use one of the excuses saying that one of their techs were on vacation, or out sick. I know damn well that she was full of it, but, let's say the given reasons were true, then she should, at the very least, reach out to the customer and let them know that the service tech will not be there. By doing this, you wasted an entire day waiting for people that will never show up and never planned on showing up. The electrician business is all about taking the most amount of calls and appointments even though they never plan on showing up. This lets them assess which appointment would make them the most amount of money with the least amount of hassle. Even though we paid in advance, Donna jerked us around for nearly 8 months before we finally got our installation finished. I don't even want to imagine how long it would have taken if payment was not made in advance. I would never recommend this company to anyone solely based on the fact that Donna is so comfortable about lying to her customers. Judging from the past reviews, other customers have faced the same issues I brought up in my review."

By that time I had gotten T Webber. I paid almost double the price, but at least they were prompt in scheduling and it was in within 48 hours."
