"As someone who doesn’t have time to mow a lawn or take care of regular maintenance issues in a home I chose to rent. I’m so glad I found The Townhomes @ Stonebriar Glen when I did. Management is friendly and helpful, and they are always responsive. The property is always kept clean and orderly, and any maintenance related issues are promptly resolved. The property is new and with the new units come basic, modern amenities. They also have a great website, and an app that you can connect to management & maintenance with with the tap of a thumb. All-round great experience, and I’m glad to call it home. - Update: I had to end our lease early due to being relocated for a work opportunity. Raleigh was incredibly supportive and helpful when it came to moving out and ending our lease early. I thought the process would be very complicated but he made it super simple. If I ever return to Brockport I will definitely look to go back to Stonebriar Glen."

"stonebriar glen has been a godsend for my boyfriend & i, these townhomes are absolutely beautiful. after having a very bad experience at our last complex, stonebriar has been a breath of fresh air. the homes have updated appliances, they are very spacious & designed with beautiful modern touches. the landscaping is kept up with regularly & the community is so friendly. raleigh is absolutely amazing at what he does & makes sure his tenants are taken care of & happy. i see myself living here for many years to come, im very happy to call this my home."

"The Stonebriar Glen Townhomes were an amazing place to live. While I only lived there a little over a year, the management and staff were incredible, responding to maintenance requests within the same day. The townhomes were modern, clean, and spacious, while the landscaping and amenities were new and well maintained. I am so lucky to have lived in a place where I could rely on the staff to help me with anything that I needed. They always came to work with a smile on their face and went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and comfortable living at the complex. The townhomes were close to many grocery stores, along with places to eat, which made it quick and easy to get around. I am very excited to see this community grow and develop!"

"We've absolutely loved living here. Heavy forests surround the complex make it feel tucked away. Very close to the Wegmans. The townhomes are relatively new and have modern layouts. Gym has new equipment, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management has been great to work with. Pool was well maintained when open in the summer. Pretty quiet vibe."
