"Nice sized apartments. Really spacious. BUT BE AWARE!! They allow smoking cigarettes. It’s really 2021 and they still allow smoking!!! The vents are old so the cigarette smoke gets ALL through your own apartment and in the hallways. It’s disgusting. They really need to ban it. Smoking is banned in bars, parks, schools, literally everywhere. You name it!! In this day, it should NOT be allowed in apartment buildings! Especially for the price of rent they charge! No other apartment complex in Liverpool area allows it. Brentwood Village needs to get with the times and hop on board!!!!!"
"My grandma lives here and I visit about 3 times a year. There is a good sized outdoor pool and playground. The parking lots are smooth and there are dumpsters for your trash. Over all, nice place."
"Nice apartment complex. Needs improvement on curb appeal. Inground pool is nice, but really needs more seating & maybe a picnic table or 2. Also needs a full time life guard for the summer, not just 3 days a week from 10:00 to 5:00. From a long time tenant."
"We have been residents here for 5 years, the grounds are always maintained, staff is welcoming and professional. We have never any problems in dealing with maintenance or Connie from the office. She is very helpful, patient, and easy to reach if needed. Connie we think you are doing a great job!"
