"Location is good and I guess it's ok if you're not used to having nice things. It's very basic, cheap cabinets, tiny toilet, no updates, cracks in the walls, no lights in the ceiling you need lamps. However, there are no cameras on the property IN 2023!! Their favorite word is unfortunately. Everything you need is "unfortunately we dont, cant, wont". Car constantly dinged in the parking lot, broken washing machines and they won't reimburse you for, renting the community room to tenants like it's some luxury space$$$, they're just greedy and cheap always raising the rent but not doing anything to update apartments. 2015 and 2023 literally not one thing is different in the units. **edited to add that ALSO there is no intercom so if your doorbell rings and you live on 3rd flr you have to go downstairs because there is no buzzer or intercom. Like it's 2023 people!!!! Update your buildings!!"
"I recently moved in and I love it. My apartment has so much space, the living room alone is huge. There is ample amount of closet space within the apartment along with outdoor storage on my deck. I love that it is so close to Onondaga lake and the village. The application process and moving in process was extremely easy which was good because I needed an apartment ASAP and was looking from 3.5 hours away. I am in love with my place :) Highly recommend if you want a quiet complex near the lake!"
"When we first moved in, the floors left dark black stains on our socks. We had to deep clean all of the carpets. Management is friendly, but we have some guys below us that party loudly with their friends until very late on weeknights. Management says they will take care of it, but it does not change. Some other tenants in the building smoke pot regularly, so the halls smell like it. I do not recommend staying here."
