"Terrible customer service. She makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her by asking her questions. Asked her about the prices of two items not of the same size to compare, and her response was, "It's just that price." What price? You didn't tell me the prices, nor did you show me the items. After the third time I asked her, and she said six something. What is six something? $6.01? $6.99?"

"The staff in there were friendly and easy to communicate with. They had a decent selection of flooring. Beware that the samples are a bit dusty and color may look different from newly milled wood. We ended up not going with them bc they did not have white oak available but still had a good experience at the store."

"Purchased 3 previous times - no problem. Last time 3 boxes were sealed and had used and warped wood inside. Refused to exchange. Woman is very rude and hung up on me. Now we are going to court. Very stupid people to not try and resolve the problem. Better off going to Home Depot around the corner and pay the 20cents more per foot."
