"This store is barely organized and when asking the owner for something he gives you an attitude half the time. I showed him something I needed and he gives me something else saying he doesn’t see the difference…obviously there’s a difference if I’m showing you it. He proceeded to give this sigh that he’s over it and gives you a look that you’re the stupid one which he probably thought I didn’t notice the looks he gives. There’s other hardware stores with way better customer service which I will be going to not one where the owner is a miserable person."

"I was told he was helpful but when I went he was very nasty to me and my son because we were trying to ask about an item to buy and then he was very nasty to his worker and belittling him in front of us and other customers I will never shop in his store again and yes I have the right store"

"Tony is a very knowledgeable guy with years of experience. He knows where everything in his store is and the only issue is you have to ask him to tell you where it is. It's also good to be a bit limber to walk in his place as it's quite cluttered with stuff. He can repair bicycles very well but has no storage after the repairs. He is very good in all areas of hardware."

"A lot of selections of hardwares, which are reasonably priced. If you couldn't find what you want in the store the store owner will most likely provide suggestions of where you can get it. He also provides many valuable services to customers, like making different keys, repairing hard to find locks, window screens and bicycles, customizing piping by cutting and threading them, just name a few."
