"Had a good experience. Nice selection of hookah products wich isn't easy to find in this neck of the woods. Hookah Tabbaco only mint, sweet mint and non tabacco flavors (saw this in a bunch of stores he said it's new regulations for new york). Worker was helpful and nice ."
"The owner is VERY rude. He stopped stocking on Delta-8 Joints and told me to never call again after I asked him when he will restock. He hung up on me. The owners always lack respect for customers. Please don't be surprised if you go over there and look for something you need and do not receive the customer service you deserve."
"Super overpriced. Selling 60 dollar stuff for 100 and change. Ridiculous. ( I understand wanting to get some money but charging double is too much) . Before purchasing a product on the store google it really quick so You don't get bamboozle with the overprices. Some members of the staff don't even know the basics for products. The interior looks clean. Other than that might be best to look for other place."
"verified product in store to find out the cartridges are counterfeit company had mentions they no longer distribute . Most are fake. I kinda had an idea when the guy didn't really speak English and same smokeshop across street. Most good smokeshop usually have knowledgeable host who clearly speak English. Also the previous 5 reviews are from their store partners and friend. Seems the shop is for launder. Plus they were rushing my wife to purchase of impulse so my wife and I verified product. Fake refilled carts company said to beware most non English make carts home using carts with logo. Most shops have counterfeit. Remember if juul puff bars air bars discontinued by law how and who making these fake products if the company don't make nor have any authorized distributors?. Be smart people. Spend hard earned cash where honesty value and regulars are first priority."
