"I ordered a bottle of Bailey's from their website to be delivered on Friday. They took payment and sent me a receipt, they have my email address and phone number. This was supposed to arrive on Friday, when I contacted them they said that the said Bailey's wasn't in stock which is why they haven't delivered it. I placed the order in advance, they had the whole week to notify me that it wasn't in stock. They didn't even offer an alternative flavor, and they claim that the money had been refunded (I have not received it back). When I called on friday, they said they were busy and would call back after a certain time which they failed to do. The order was a gift, they've done nothing to remedy the situation. Don't order anything from them because in the end you'll have nothing to show for it."
