"Don’t waste your time ordering anything from here because the things they show available online will be out of stock!!! I ordered multiple items that were showing available, then got a email later on saying 90% of the items were out of stock…I also ordered pictures online for same day pick up at this store. I didn’t get any updates on the order for two days. I went online to check and found out the order was still processing, so I waited… Then on the 5th day, they sent me an email saying “your order didn't process properly and had to be cancelled.” What does that suppose to mean? They told me to order from a different store, but the coupons I used are expired…Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere…"

"I wish I can give the front staff and the pharmacy a different review. I’m in the store everyday. It’s right next door to me. So satisfied with the staff in the front they are nice kind and polite. While the pharmacy at the back so nasty. My doc call the prescription to them and they told me they don’t take my insurance. Okay. The lady kept on saying they can’t hear me or understand me. Have to repeat myself a billion times. Waited for about 20 min on the phone, first one they hang up on me second one 18min they said which never pharmacy needs it they need to call. I called another pharmacy they can they can’t get hold of anyone. They seriously need to hire more friendlier staff."

"Bad experience today at this Walgreens (coming from a former employee of Walgreens). I understand there are people out there that feel the need to steal deodorant, but here I am a paying customer and there’s a female employee one aisle away who I politely ask to unlock the case for me as I’m in a rush. She’s literally 10 feet away and she says I have to push the customer service button so someone else can unlock it. Okay hon I see you’re lazy but when I was employee I would have gotten my a** up and helped the customer, call the person with the key, whatever. Do better! You’re lucky to even have a job."

"Just unprofessional EVERY way possible. filled out form on line for vaccination but pharmacist could not find it and became frustrated with me when I questioned it, when it was there mistake. Went to purchase some items and items were left out of my bag! Had to walk back( 10 blocks) to retrieve product. I alway seem to have a bad experience with this Walgreens."

"The store 2 days ago steal it my money! Exactly 30$! Sell it for me the Prepaid Card and i was fill up with 30$! After than , because i can't activated i try to give back for store and hey someone playing with a cashier machine because on my invoice and on my card have a different numbers! On the invoice 1312 and on the card 1155 ! How? Its a crime and sure the manager told me i dont get back anything! Guys buy some candy's on my 30 $ , i'm not a homeless just you know the process how you take the costumer money for nothing! Maybe im asking some lowyer its is legal? Not for money, for process because you steal 100 costumer money its a big money for someone! Unreal! The cashier numer was #38835063 ! Transaction number # 2749603! Was 8/19/19 7:09 pm. I waiting a few days for answer and if we can't fixed this problem we need to give this situation for expert!"
