"You’ll want to ask twice when this pharmacy says they have certain medicines in stock. I’m extremely aware of the current shortage of specific medicines and the challenges it poses for pharmacies, but I was still highly frustrated and inconvenienced by the way this pharmacy staff could not keep track of their supply, the promises they were making me about when refills would be available, my “place in line” to attain a refill, etc. ultimately I was given half the quantity I needed. I hope in 15 days from now they’ve found a better way to track the requests being made and manage expectations."
