"They delivered my furniture the table had a dent it took them 1month to replace. The chairs were not tight enough they broke the screws when I asked for replacement they told me it not possible but they can send me screws to fix on my own it’s been two since I requested I have not them. I have been calling unique furniture receiving upfront response that was before my table replacement. This is my delivery day I tried to call several times no response. Their delivery guys are so disrespectful my carpet is white and it was raining they walked in with their muddy shoes no shoes covers and when I talk to them they are so unprofessional. When I kept questioning they told me to contact the company that have nothing to do with that. At that point I had to remove my carpet. I don’t think I have ever been treated this way before. Just be careful when you order with them."

"Had a wonderful experience with unique furniture. Son wanted a sectional and bedroom set and thought he would have to split the purchase up. They were having a great sale and he bought both same day. Excellent customer service and FYI the air freshener they had throughout the store smelled amazing and they sold it there. We bought two for the house. Please go see them to meet all your furniture needs."

"So far so good! They price matched for us, and we were able to get the best prices possible on our couch, dining table with 8 chairs and 5 bar stools. We aren’t expecting delivery until we close on our house in December, so I will update then. However, Lizzie greeted us at the store and was very personable, not at all pushy and was quick to help. Josh was great help once we left the store and Lizzie was busy with customers. Definitely give this place a try!"
