"EQBC is the definition of what a boxing gym should be like straight up like something out of a Rocky movie. The coaches and everyone that goes there are some of the nicest people you can meet straight up people.In the three years that I have been going there I have not met a person who seemed negative. Coach Al, who is the head coach is one of the nicest people you can meet very understanding, and he goes out of his way, especially to help young people to be on the right track, I never forget when I was having some issues with my younger daughter he let her go there for free. He’s very caring. I personally got to say that all the coaches that I have work with Coach Linden, Coach Chris, Coach Nibeel , coach Rob who’s usually in the morning and the weekends along with Coach Raul and Coach Manny who I’m currently working with, are some of the most patient people and caring people that you can meet especially when it comes to The Sweet science of Boxing they take their time with you and they’re very patient and they keep it 100. Boxing is not a sport you play with you see the truth about an individual when they go into the ring there’s nothing to play with therefore, if you’re going to get into this martial art you gotta be real with yourself and you want the coaches to be with you you gotta develop a tough skin as well as being Open to positive criticism to better yourself in this science. I would highly recommend this Boxing school to anybody who is interested in learning the Sweet Science."

"When I signed up to EQBC in November 2022, I was 230lbs of straight sugar water. For one reason or another, I was in a very dark place, but I knew if I pushed myself, that weight would melt right off. Needless to say, from the first day at EQBC and meeting the coaches, I knew I was surrounded by a group of guys who strive to better themselves in and outside of the gym. In what felt like a blink of an eye, I shed 55 pounds in the first 6 months of training, all via the staff's recommended program. Of course I'm no expert, but I learned a damn lot about the sweet science. I was having fun, learning a new skill, and most importantly found purpose and camaraderie at EQBC. "Best boxing club I've ever been to nothing flashy simple coach Al has been there with me every step of the way and explains things so well even a baby can understand it he works with kids and woman and there is a program for both, daily drills and sparring and tour sparring location is in an area abundant in food and culture this is my new home I rest my gloves here EQBC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The coaches here could either be your friend or your mentor the choice is yours because there are no classes but they are always watching you and critiquing your technique and how you could improve—You might ask then why should you join?
