"Reception seems miserable when checking in and out. Almost like you are a bother for being there. It feels like this for every appointment. Makes you very uncomfortable being there. Nurses or staff bringing you in to the room are friendlier. I work for a medical office and our office would NEVER make a patient feel uncomfortable."

"Never had a bad experience here and I credit their efforts heavily in my recovery since a pretty scary cardiac episode a few years back. Found out the hard way that I was sensitive to some meds but this office was with me from day one and through several subsequent instances while my other specialists adjusted my meds. Been off beta blockers for a year and along with some nutritional counseling at the same office, I'm in better health than I could have imagined my chronic condition would let me be in at this stage and I have this office to add to my list of thanks. From front to back, reception to NP and throughout the entire staff, this place has your best interests and health at heart and they show it with compassionate, comprehensive care."

"The staff is very rude and disrespectful. They discriminate against patients. Even the office manager talks to you rudely when you complain. I do not know where they were taught , although health administration books encourage good treatment, smiling at the patient, and speaking with respect. However, these staffs talk to you as if they want to fight with you, there is no privacy for the patient in this office especially the examination room, where you can hear everything the doctor says to the patient. This does not comply with Hippa"

"besides the office constantly being overbooked and waiting a ridiculously long time in the waiting room, sarah slader waldorf the PA there is incredibly rude and unprofessional. i had multiple tests done by dr detomassi (who i never got to see again after my initial appt). sarah never went over the results with me, but instead came in and told me im “doing this to myself” and need to gain weight. she told me to eat a bag of potato chips at lunch everyday, and during my follow up today she didn’t even bother to look at my file she just came in and asked me what my deal is and if i have an eating disorder. i told her im not going to be bodyshamed and walked out of the office (after i had waited in the waiting room for over an hour and a half). the most invalidating and unprofessional experience i’ve ever had with a medical office and i will be reporting her."

"The move to this location is a plus for me. It's easy to access the office from the handicap parking spaces. The staff is always pleasant and professional. Dr. Popoaleo is a smart doctor that gives you honest and consciece advice."
