"I went to P.S. 85 many years ago -- 1963-1969. It was known as the Humphrey Davies school when I was there, but it was a great school back then, too. The principal was Martin S. Dodell. In retrospect, my teachers at 85 were some of the best I ever had--a hell of a lot better than the some of the professors I had in college."
"Excellent administrative staff, teachers, & parent coordinator. My son was new to the school last year, he transferred in as a 4th grader. Everyone from the lunch staff to the principal helped to make the transition easy for him. We really appreciate the care and attention he receives eveyday. He loves his teachers and they are always available to us."
