"I had the pleasure of experiencing this company while on the search for new tires, not only was the establishment clean and welcoming, but the staff went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and quick. The tires were of great quality and affordable. The staff member who put my tires on ensured that I would have a smooth ride while maintaining safety by taking one wheel lock from the back tire and placing it on the front tire to make sure it was secure. I would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10 in my book !"

"Ernesto and the team at Hempstead Discount at Hempstead Discount Tire are true professionals. They care about their customers and i'm now a lifetime customer! I came to their shop after being turned away by several other shops because i wanted to install run flat tire inserts (Ask Ernesto for information if you are interested in ordering a set of run flat tire inserts on any car/any rim from 18 inches to 21 inches). The other shops had no patience, didn't want to read the directions, and basically said, "sorry, we're not interested in helping." Upon arrival, Ernesto came out personally, consulted with his team, and brought me right inside! The entire team began working together and i was out of there with the inserts professionally installed within the hour. The team was smart, courteous, attentive to my needs, and installed them with ease. They are very detail oriented and took their time not to rush through the job or possibly damage rims in the process. I am very impressed by their workmanship and quality of care. Their shop was extremely clean, not like most other shops with tools laying around everywhere... I will be back for all service needs from now on!"

"Surprised to hear that their new, but their no short of great service and actually getting some good deals. Very clean shop and garage Areas for them to work on your car. I was looking for a weird tire size for my 2019 Nissan kicks Costco, Walmart, other discount tire shops in nassau and queens didn’t have it. It was a Firestone tire and even they said the inventory was out for a couple of months. Mavis had it but they were charging me $400 for the tires, tax, labor fees, disposal fees and I had to wait a couple of weeks.I got it for $300 at hempstead discount tire and I was able to get it done the same day I called and inquired. They take care of you here come check them out !"

"Passed this place a few times on my way to/from work...really brightened up a corner that's been vacant for so long. Ended up feeling a vibration in my steering wheel at highway speeds and remembered this shop was around, so I decided to take the car in. Manager and shop workers were super nice and professional, explained everything to me (needed an alignment, two rims were bent thanks to NYC potholes, tires will need changing soon) and gave a temporary remedy so the vibration wouldn't be noticeable. Car is already driving so much better but will be returning soon to swap out wheels and tires + an alignment. So happy to have these guys in the neighborhood! UPDATE 6/4/21: Bought a wheel and tire package on TireRack and had it shipped directly to this spot as they’re an official installer. They balanced my wheels, tire shined each one, fixed my alignment and had me back on the road quickly. Shop guys and Ernie the manager are super friendly people. This is now my permanent tire shop!"
