"STAY AWAY! like other reviews stated. Rude, scammers, will change price on you. I'm also a returning customer looking to replace a ripped tire. 3rd time going and was planning on going a 4th to replace all 4 tires. This place was my go to place for.both my cars as well as my families cars. They raised prices and I told them i order the same tire for 100 twice before and now its 115 both times I paid cash in full even though the guy with the ponytail told me it wasn't necessary. I told the short guy this and to order the tire and I'll pay later. He went back for a second time and came out and said no. I decided to leave simply because I've given them a chance after to first 2 times going. The first time I was waiting for over 5 days because of a family matter with no call or notice on the business which they apologized for it and they where recommended by family. The 2nd time I was told wait 1hr and it took 2 days. I was told no deposit last time now they need deposit so I said no thanks so when I was leaving the guy with the ponytail came out and I again explained what happened which he acknowledge it might of been him(it was him). I told him I dont have the cash and Ihe said then pay with credit card. I said it will cost me more, (since they don't want to pay service fees so they pass it on to the customer plus other ridiculous fees) said I don't want to pay with a card cause it's more expensive and he said yea its called taxes with an attitude. so I left and while I was pulling away. He yelled again so do you want the tire. And said no? Then don't ever come back. After mentioning that my family won't come here again he yelled fine and tell the world while waving a peace sign. SO IM TELLING THE WORLD. Don't go there go around the corner to the.left or right. Or on Jamaica ave and hillside. found better deals with quick and friendly customer service."

"This used to be my go to for flat tires. There used to be a short Spanish guy who was very nice. Not anymore, the guys there now are rude. Like another reviewer said, don’t go there after 3 or close to 6:00/6:30. They say they are closed, rudely. Today I went for a tire that had a cut on it and the Spanish guy with the hair in the ponytail said it has to be replaced, another one would cost me $80. I told him o just bought that one from the shop a few months ago and it was $60. He said, without even looking, we don’t have any more of those. I know he was trying to pull a fast one because I’m a woman. A previous time when I went in the evening, a white guy was also rude and changed my tire but refused to place the donut back in the tire spare compartment properly because he wanted to go home. Management, get it together or get your team together. You’ve lost a loyal customer."
