My husband went with 2 pairs of shoes one he said he could clean and make look new the other my husband was hesitant about because he needed another pair stretched and they told him no problem we can definitely stretch. Well not only was it expensive when he picked them up shoe’s didn’t feel stretched and the other still had stains."

"Had the trackion soles re-glue on my new balance running shoes for thirty dollars at Rich's shoe repair. The glue only only lasted two weeks than the sole's came off again. I decided this time I will fix the trackion on the sole's of my shoe myself and went to home Depot and bought for six dollars glue. The glue work great and the sole's of my shoes and the rubber soles stay glue. If you want to save money try to fix your shoes yourself and save."

"Excellent Experience. Brought in 2 pairs of Men's Shoes and a bag strap to be repaired. Rich did a great job put new heels and shined up the shoes. So happy that my bag strap was able to be repaired. It looked Terrible when it broke and I was debating whether I was going to throw away the bag. I am hoping to get many more uses from my repaired bag. Bring cash to pay upfront. Repaired my items in a 2 day turn around time. Lots of parking in the area too."
