"The customer service at this location is horrible. The workers only acknowledge white customers. I’ve been in here multiple times and the same experience.This store needs to hire a more diverse staff. The girls are racist and unwelcoming. Even if I wanted to purchase an item I wouldn’t because I’m not supporting a company that supports racism. If I could give this zero stars I would."

"The girls were racist and unprofessional. They didn’t offer me assistance with my clothing to try on. I came ready to spend some of my birthday money in the little boutique. I smiled and said hello to one of the sales women fixing clothes, near the entrance, and she just looked at me straight faced and then looked away, simply ignoring me. If I could give this place zero stars I honestly would. The ruby and Jenna’s in bayterrace is the one I have gone to in the past and had a pleasant experience...but the one in Oceanside needs to work on their customer service and racism to themselves and just do the job which is assist EVERYONE that walks through the door."
