"i love this store. it's great for shopping around the holidays, bc they always have a huge variety of stuff. the employees are never that helpful or nice, but with such amazing deals i dont need help. i've seen a lot of people complain about the manager on here, but shes always super nice to me. i am a regular customer so maybe that's why. But she always greets me, and tries to help anyway she can."
"0 stars : On December 13th, I went in to Mandee to purchase a $50 gift card for my little sister for Christmas with my debit card. Transaction went through, and $50 was deducted from my bank account. When my sister went to use the gift card, there were no funds on the card. After speaking to one of the nastiest managers in the history of retail, they claimed there was no history of my card ever being used there, which was a blatant lie, and claimed " the bank statement for that exact location saying I purchased it meant nothing if i already threw out the receipt". The manager then turned around and said some questionable things to my 19 year old sister. Worst service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This place is a scam and the old lady behind the register is the ring leader. Shop with caution."
