"Although I have not physically gone into the store, I do all my shopping online with social threads, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service regarding a recent order. I live locally and my orders always arrive within the timeframe. My most recent order seems to have shipped to Wisconsin, I contacted customer service immediately and I was told packages go on adventures. Quite an excuse, I waited a couple of days. The item is still not on it's way to me. I was very excited about this item for an event. When I reached out again I was still told this is common again! I do not believe that because if this is common, wouldn't you have many customers upset about packages arriving late because they were shipped to another state?? I do think an error was made with shipping and yes mistakes happen but own up to it and stop saying its common because thats a terrible excuse. Of course the item I want is no longer available and I really want the item but I have to wait 10 days to see if I will receive it. I have been a customer for years and this has left such a bad taste in my mouth. You would think Meg would reach out to USPS to determine where the item is and provide excellence in service but I guess I don't matter and it's common as she keeps saying. So I want to advise anyone looking shop online beware this is common, not something you want to hear during the holiday season. So think twice before ordering. I really liked having social threads as a shopping option but now I am left extremely disappointed with service."
