"I used to frequent this Old Navy store, but after a recent shopping trip, I will not be returning. The cashier, Blerta, could have been more pleasant and helpful. She did not allow me to return an item that was gifted to me because it did not have a receipt. She claimed this was store policy, but the Old Navy in Garden City did not have the same rule and could process my return without any issue."
