"No organization on how they assist customers when arrived and no communication. I arrived before other customers but was skipped. Didn't get assistance until I almost was ready to pay. I was told that they didn't have time for my jacket to be altered but the pants would be ready by Thursday. When I showed up on Thursday my pants weren't ready and was told to come back at 12pm the following day. I call the following day after 12pm only to be told it wasn't ready. They said they will start now and to give them a half hour. I showed up at 3pm and it was finally ready."

"For my wedding, my father, brother and I all ordered our tuxedo rentals from Men's Wearhouse in Oceanside. Very smooth experience throughout. When we picked up our tuxes, Matt and Andrew were very helpful and thorough. They helped us novices figure out how to wear a tux properly including the cuff links and pocket squares. My brother's vest was too tight and the wedding was just a few days away. Matt and Andrew brought it in the back and someone was able to make alterations right there on the spot. Overall very happy with our experience, would recommend this men's wearhouse for your wedding tux pickup!"
