"On a busy Saturday I needed dress shoes for a wedding that I was unprepared for. The whole staff was very helpful but Matt went above and beyond to help me not only get a pair for the wedding I was attending but also helped me match another pair to my other suit that I purchased. I left very pleased and it is a great place to shop because they always have a buy one get one going on! Highly recommended! Going to bring my mom back next weekend! Thanks Matt and Steve Madden!"
"Arianna the manager did her diligence to ensure my problem was rectified. I had unfortunately received one of my four pairs of maximas that weren’t quite the right fit, but the customer service number didn’t help at all. Arianna helped send me a shipping label to return and sent me out a replacement. She went above and beyond and it’s much appreciated!"

"The customer service at this store is atrocious. The sales associate tried telling me that she was having trouble getting ahold of stores in Texas and California and it was because it was 5:30 and it was “rush hour.” Then she told me she could have the store manager come over so I could understand. Little does she understand those states are a different time zone! Then the store manager Matt came over and was even more rude and condescending. Terrible service at Steve Madden Destiny USA."
