"I got hit on 12/11/23 by their insured. I have been waiting almost 2 months no response from the person assigned to the claim Mr. Larry Ethridge or anyone in this company. My insurance company has provided, pictures, evidence. Every time you call you get the answering service and no call back. I sent an email today to both address they have on their website, one came back undeliverable the other i'm waiting on a responce .Seems to me this company is unreal or should I say SCAM"

But anytime I ask for an update he lets me know he is an old man working from home and is doing everything by himself and ends up giving me an attitude??? I have been trying to contact a supervisor/manager but it is impossible to reach anyone with the numbers provided on their website. This place must be a scam."

I spoke with an associate and filled my claim and nobody yet to get back to me and its been almost 2 weeks! My next move will have to be to go up to this location to speak with someone physically because trying to get someone over the phone has been impossible"
