"I'm so confused...I called today because I moved BACK to Lockport. I was previously out of state and want to register my vehicle in NYS. In order to do so you need NYS auto insurance. No problem. I got a direct referral to this business from Progressive. I called then the most bizarre thing happened. A young woman who sounded like she had way too many energy drinks answered and asked if this a fraudulent call? WHAT....i just explained i moved back to NYS and need insurance for my vehicle. Then she repeated twice she couldn't help me because of "Increase in fraudulent activity." Blink twice if you need help. I'm not mad, I'm just so baffled."

"I recently called Heather and she seems to have lost it. Blantely rude for no reason. I asked if my washer was covered and she asked me if I had been in fraudulent behavior. was I am being honest? what the heck she is losing it"

"Over the last few years, this agency (Heather herself) has dropped customers for no reason at all other then, she can not do business with you anymore. Several people I know have been dropped, my son called Friday to find a lower package and was told-she can't take any new customers and can no longer do business with him. Ummm he's not a NEW customer-he just wanted to check for a cheaper insurance policy! Reading the comments below-explains everything, family drama-being rude to other customers. Very unprofessional, I'd give 0 stars if possible."

"Absolutely astonished, I used Heather and this company for insurance for years without issue or change. Called for a new policy and all of a sudden I had an "account under review." She said she can't do business with with me and will not even give a quote or update any policies. Kept talking in circles about "what's your call about. Your file is under review. This call is being recorded." etc etc. Sounded like I was talking to a automated call/robot. I left her business and will recommend against her in the future at all costs, deserves 0/5 stars."
