"This place is pitiful, I hate spending my money for my son to eat here. They get the simplest order wrong, can’t they freaking pay attention. A spicy wrap with spicy sauce only does not mean plain(tonight) or lettuce, tomato and royal sauce( last night). The last 4 times have been wrong and he orders them the same way every night. I call the lady hangs up, talked to supposed manager(guy) and he apologizes and says I’ll put your name down we will redo them, well the next manager Sabrina claims name is not on board and they don’t have a male manager. And the store manager always got a n attitude"
"Never order "light" anything. Not tartar sauce. Not mayo. They will give you double just out of spite. In fact, don't deviate from the standard recipe at all. Believe me, there's a reason over 400 Burger Things closed nationwide this year (google it). And more will be closing in 2024. It's a shame because I grew up on BK. Oh well. There are 5 fast food places within a 1/4 mile."
"Ordered through the drive through… she forgot my fries so I paid 3 something for a medium fry when I got to the window. The person who took my order and handed it to me was nice enough so this review is not about her. I open the bag after I leave and of course she gave me a tiny fry container half full with not even warm but straight up cold fries. Onion rings were cold as well. Sandwiches all very sloppy, slightly warm and they also stuff everything in the tiniest bag it will fit in. Also you can tell they are not great about caring to change their oil. All the fried food tastes off and not very good because of it. Not the first time I’ve received food like this from them it seems to be every time. Def check your bag before you leave, do not trust them to get your order right. These emoloyees clearly don’t care what they’re serving to customers."
"The drive through has the most annoying screaming "welcome" when you pull up. The person who comes on after was really rude and short. To top ot off here's my "medium" fry. Really? 20 bucks for 2 burgers a fry and a drink. The drinks are already half ice. From here on out I'm going to 5 guys right next door. I don't care if it cost more. Atleast I'll be getting what I expect."
"Went there this morning and got an order of delicious hash browns and they were fresh and quick service definitely made my day, also an added bonus seeing an old friend who I hadn't seen in over a decade!! I'll definitely be coming back to this BK!!"
