"Totally scammed me!!! Took my car there yesterday 1/24/24 because it would not start. The guy Charles (chuck) was a total Jerk and tried to take advantage of me and told me I needed gas so I walked across the street to get the gas. After putting in the gas, waiting a little, then trying to start it, nothing happened he said its the alternator. He calls me 5 hours later and says I poked around the fuse box and got it to start somehow but I don’t know what I did and still charges me a diagnostic fee of $107.99 for labor yet they never fixed my car. Today 1/25/24 my car broke down again!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!"

"Had rotors and pads replaced, plus one tie rod end (made an appointment). Manager was super nice, but I waited in the shop 6 hours (until close) and the car still wasn't 100% complete. Brakes were making noise and I was told to come back to finish sanding something another day. I didn't do that. My waisted hours cost me more than the repair. Had it finished somewhere that respected my time"
