"I had left a poor review, because of a horrible customer service desk interaction. After filing a complaint about the individuals, the district manager of 10 stores reached out to find out what happened and hear my side of the story. It's unbelievable to me that someone of that stature in the company would take the time to reach out to one singular customer. That's customer service, and I've amended my review to reflect that. Thank you - I hope the individuals in question can improve and learn to be a bit more patient and kind."
"The person on customer service is purely racist or lazy of doing his job. I received 1 star when I went to pick up an order for an app company. I say this because first, the person told me I was in the wrong store then he decided to help me even when I went the next day to pick up another order he tried to say this order number doesn’t exist but then found the order. Home depot manager should look into this it’s a person who is walking with the crane."
"Prior to going I looked up everything that I needed so I could find the aisle number and bay number to make my shopping much easier. Clean, uncluttered store with friendly and helpful employees. They also now have self cash out areas. They have public bathrooms."
"Everyone I worked with today was fantastic. ASM was very helpful, the MET team supervisor was on top of everything and Bob the lumber Supervisor bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I can’t Thank you all enough! Great Teamwork!"
