"This is one of these places known as the anti-Dunkin' & anti-Starbucks... Dunkin' maybe big in Massachusetts and New England, but in upstate New York and along the great lakes, it's Tim Horton's. The wraps they make are quite generous, as opposed to the chintzy portions @ other chains."

"It’s a great place for crack, and a half drankn cup of coffee . nasty . I’ve spent thousands at this place ,customer satisfaction really is still a thing guys. Pay attention and . if you’re one of those people that say eFF the Customer, you shouldn’t be working there. Consistency, it would be nice.I would love to speak to the owner because they don’t wanna make me a coffee. They don’t wanna make me decaf even tho one cup pays for the whole pot."
