"Every time I come to this McDonald's the food is always order and crusty, which I don't understand why when I'm in the line for at least 10-15 minutes. Frys are almost always cold, whenever I get nuggets they taste like they are an hour old. The burger meat is dried out and extremely salty. The work don't seem to care about the customer ls at all or care about their times"
"Im only giving a 1 star review cuz there isn't a minus number. First off, I'm not a fan of McDonald's because I've had really bad food from the McDonald's in Lockport, so I decided to try this location and I ordered my food, paid at window 1 and at window 2 they had no Idea what I ordered. I told them 3 times and finally, they had to get it real quick. Well, no cheese on the cold, Big Mac, and cold fries. NEVER AGAIN. GOOD RIDDANCE MCDONALDS."
"It's almost like they ignore you and they are rarely busy. I'm very patient but waiting 15 20 minutes for your fast food order when it's not busy is crazy..... It has happened everytime I have been here in the past couple years."
"Lots of passionate negative reviews on here but this is a fast food restaurant. Most workers there are high schoolers. I'd say a few times my order has been wrong or I have had to wait too long, but they are not rude and are willing to fix it. You get what you pay for. Inside is usually clean and there are plenty of places to sit."
"Ordered a Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a mango pineapple iced drink. Sandwich was neither crispy nor Deluxe. The chicken wasn't even half the size it should have been. Was also given a peach drink instead of mango!"
