"Can not explain how much of a bad experience I had with the lady at the counter. My jacket I wore for the first time, at the end of the day was already fraying. I called the store to see if I can get an exchange and she said she would call me back, never called me back. I came to the store and asked for an exchange and she said she wouldn't take it because it's been used? I guess even though they sold me a faulty product it's my fault because I wore it? She said she wouldn't accept it but to try with the other manager. She said he has the ability to give me an exchange. None of it makes sense like does she have the ability or not? She had this attitude where I just decided to never shop there again."
