"I had an absolute pleasure with Chad. I came in for measurements and he took care of me. He gave me pants, vest, jacket, and shoes to try on; he then grabbed all my measurements. He also made sure to explain what each number means and walked me through the style of cut I should go with. No charge and made sure to let me know I can call for extra questions. Can't recommend Chad and Tuxedo Junction enough!"

"The Tuxedo Junction was simply fantastic. We used them for our wedding at the Marriott Downtown (Hotel Syracuse). Chad helped us so much, was very communicative, and always answered the phone or called back quickly. The two younger gentleman that work at the location in the mall (Brandon I think is one of their names), were so professional, polite, and helpful. Planning a wedding is hard. It is stressful. I actually teared up once when I thought the outfits weren't coming together at one point. The staff did not act like I was crazy. They helped us solve all of our issues and were very understanding that we were stressed at certain points; they answered every question completely and politely. They accommodated at least several unique requests. Another important point I would like to make is that they rarely rent tuxedos with tails, as it is very out of fashion at the moment. We needed to know measurements of garments and had to do multiple fittings for the vests. It is also no small feat to coordinate outfits for 12 people, with different vest colors, tie colors, and many out of towners. My now husband is tall and his family are not small people. It is a unique challenge fitting tailcoats to husky men. My now husband also recently lost 40+ pounds. Brandon at Tuxedo Junction helped him pick pants that actually fit his new waistline. He was a very helpful point of view and helped my now husband's confidence for his wedding day! Even though they had not tails recently, they were able to make our vision a reality. The entire grooms' party looked absolutely phenomenal, and the tuxes all fit perfectly. The Formal White Tie event looked like it. Tuxedo Junction made 100% sure everything was perfect. After meditating on the entire wedding experience, it is easy to focus on the negatives and think about the stuff that doesn't go quite right. Whenever we reminisce about stuff and nit pick our experiences, the conversations always end up back at the same place, "After all of that, the part that came together flawlessly were the men's wardrobe". This is a real conversation we have. Its crazy to me that the tuxes were such a bright spot, but they truly were. THANKS EVERYONE AT TUXEDO JUNCTION!"
